Seventh Annual Todd Brunson Montana Challenge Begins On August 28th

Poker Action Makes It Way To Big Forks, MT With Cash Games And Tournaments On Offer

The seventh annual Todd Brunson Montana Poker Challenge is set to get underway way on August 28th at the Marina Cay Resort, just off Flathead Lake in Big Fork, MT. The schedule of events kicks off with WPT Bootcamps and $45 buy-in/ $40 re-buys super satellites starting at 5:30 PM on both Aug. 28th and 29th. The bootcamps will feature instruction from Todd Brunson, Hoyt Corkins, Nick Brancato and Rick Fuller, with the first session focusing on tournaments and the second on cash game strategy. On Friday, Aug. 30th there is another super satellite with the same buy-in and start time.

On Saturday, Aug. 31st the main event kicks off. This no-limit hold’em tournament has a somewhat unique structure. Players can buy-in for as little as $333, or as much as $1,665. Players have the option to break their buy-in into up to five pieces of $333, with the ability to take all five bullets at once, one at a time, or even only use some of the optional rebuys during day 1. Players can register as late as 1:00 PM on Sunday, Sept. 1st, which will mark the end of the re-buy period.

Cash game action will also be available daily from noon to 2:00 AM from Aug. 28th through Sept. 1st, with one and two-table satellites also running during those times.
