In order to resolve his case over alleged bomb-making, high-stakes poker player Dan Bilzerian filmed a short public service announcement for the government, which featured him telling people what not to do on public land. Agreeing to do the PSA reportedly helped Bilzerian avoid possible prison time. The YouTube video was published last week and appeared on his social media accounts.

He and friend Jeremy Guymon were potentially facing up to 12 years in prison if convicted of the felony charges related to homemade bomb-making in Nevada.

Both men pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor for failing to extinguish a fire.

Bilzerian was arrested at LAX in December.

“Jail—let’s not do that again,” Bilzerian said at the end of the PSA.
