The Point CasinoA gambler at a casino in Washington State is in big trouble after allegedly pulling a gun on a card game dealer.

According to a report from MyNorthWest.com, the 24-year-old, whose name wasn’t reported, had been cut off from consuming alcohol at The Point Casino in Kingston.

He reportedly was “slumped over” at the card table when he was cut off. In response to being told he could no longer be served drinks, the man pulled out a gun and pointed it at the dealer.

No shots were fired.

It’s unclear if the man had lost money gambling and if so how much. It’s also unclear if he played any hands after being told he no longer could be served alcohol.

“When asked about the incident, the man denied he pointed the gun at anyone. When shown the video, the man ‘stopped talking and put his head down,’ the deputy wrote,” per the report.

A breathalyzer test was conducted, and the man had a blood alcohol content of 0.332.

The gambler was charged with the unlawful possession of a firearm and second-degree assault.
