Last week on The Scoop, 2008 World Series of Online Poker main-event champion Carter “ckingusc” King was the featured guest, and this week, he’s back for part two.
In part one, Carter proved that his natural honest and open personality allows him to talk freely not only about poker strategy but his personal life, as well. In part two, Carter addresses the highly talked about Michael Phelps issue concerning the infamous picture of the star swimmer with a piece of drug paraphernalia.
“I got to meet him a few times. He’s [Michael Phelps] a nice guy… I was at Foxwoods during the whole thing. For him it sucks, for me, I’m just another kid,” said King.
King also talks about his move to Vegas, making instructional poker videos, as well as his continued passion for playing poker for a living.
The young online pro joined the two hosts of The Scoop, Adam Schoenfeld and Diego Cordovez, for part two on this week’s episode on Card Player TV. The Scoop is sponsored by Full Tilt Poker.
Last week, in part one, King shared a few strategy tips and also went into detail about the infamous five-handed chop at last year’s WCOOP main event final table and the mistake that may have cost him $50,000. If you missed part one, it is featured below.
