Kuljinder Sidhu wins GUKPT ManchesterTwenty-nine year old Kuljinder Sidhu from Birmingham has beaten 191 players to win the Grosvenor UK Poker Tour Manchester at G Casino, Bury.

Sidhu beat Chris Brammer after two hands of heads up play to take down the top prize of £54,850.

“I thought that if I were to win anywhere, it would be here, as it’s the only one I have cashed in before,” said Sidhu.

“I’ve never played so calmly before and was fully focused on the job in hand. I’m usually constantly on my phone, but this time I put it to one side.”
