The PokerStars European Poker Tour pulls into the shores of Portugal beginning tomorrow at noon. The €5,000 EPT Vilamoura no-limit hold’em main event will run from August 28 until a champion is crowned at the final table on Wednesday, September 2. Last year Antonio Matias topped a field of 321 opponents to win the inaugural EPT event in Portugal and he took home €404,793.
Players will begin with 30,000 in chips and blinds begin at 50-100. Levels will be 60 minutes long on day 1 and then they will increase to 75 minutes in length thereafter.
