The UK’s latest poker pride and joy Sam Holden has been crowned the 10th champion of Late Night Poker.

The World Series of Poker finalist became one of the youngest players to win the Late Night Poker trophy when he topped a field of 32 to take the $150,000 top prize.

Holden sailed through his heat and then faced the final where he eventually found himself heads up with the chip lead versus Luke Schwartz. The final hand came when Schwartz moved all in with A-J and Holden called with K-Q to make a straight by the turn.

The win brings his lifetime winnings every closer to the $1 million mark.
