The two day one event, like all 12 main events this year, will have a £200,000 guarantee designed to arrest falling numbers and battle against encroaching competitor tours.
The no-limit hold’em tournament is also a re-entry event for the first six levels each day – late entry is also allowed during this period. Players start with 20,000 in chips and a 60 minute clock.
The festival, which runs until Sunday, March 3 hosts 13 events in total including six max, turbo satellites, pot-limit Omaha, and bounty competitions.
