The 2023 World Poker Tour bestbet Scramble is set to kick off later this month at bestbet Jacksonville. The Florida poker hotspot will host 13 events from Oct. 26 – Nov. 14, including the $1 million guaranteed $5,000 buy-in WPT bestbet Scramble no-limit main event which gets underway on Nov. 10.

Brad OwenBefore that marquee event gets underway, WPT ambassadors Brad Owen and Andrew Neeme are set to host one of their wildly popular Meet-Up Games on Nov. 9. The MUG, as it’s affectionately known, is a way for fans of the two poker vloggers to get a chance to take a seat at the cash game tables alongside Neeme and Owen. They have put on MUGs all across the country and around the globe, but this will mark the first time that the duo will host one at bestbet Jacksonville.

There have been 20 $3-$5 no-limit hold’em tables reserved for the MUG, which is set to get underway at 2:00 PM local time, with buy-ins ranging from $300 to $1,500. One featured table is set to be broadcast on bestbetLIVE, the card room’s popular YouTube, Twitch, and Facebook Live channel that hosts tournament and cash game action.

“Jacksonville is new stomping grounds for us,” said Owen. “We’re hoping to see some fresh faces at the MUG as well as followers traveling in for the festival. Should be a great warmup for the WPT bestbet Scramble championship event.”

Andrew Neeme“Florida has always been among the top of my list of states with the best poker action,” said Neeme. This will be my first experience in the North Florida poker scene. I have no doubt they’re going to welcome us with open arms and a lack of folding. Thanks to bestbet Jacksonville for accommodating and streaming our friendly cash-game get-together.”

Owen and Neeme are also scheduled to take part in a couple of the tournaments during the festival, including the $300 buy-in no-limit hold’em WPT Celebrity Bounty event that runs on Nov. 8, with both players having a bounty on their head. After the MUG festivities, Neeme and Owen will also take a seat in the $1,000,000 guaranteed $5,000 buy-in main event, which runs from Nov. 10-14. The final tables of both of those tournaments will also be featured on bestbetLIVE.
